When you place an order for our services, whether through our Website, phone, or email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

 

GUTCHU VIP is a private hire vehicle operator and only accepts direct booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel from clients. Our chauffeurs are not authorized to accept bookings. Therefore, we advise clients to make reservations only through our website booking form, email, or phone.

 

The contract for all bookings is between GUTCHU VIP Limited and the client, whether it’s an agent, a company, a passenger, or someone booking and paying for the transportation service.

 

GUTCHU VIP is responsible for accepting bookings, providing transportation services, and any liability arising in relation to transportation services. We reserve the right to cancel any booking with a client or passenger, subject to availability. In case of cancellation, we will notify the client via email, phone call, or text.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES

FRAUD POLICY

If the cardholder’s name on the booking does not authorize payments, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. The following activities may lead to suspicion of fraudulent behavior:

 

Failure to provide mandatory information about the itinerary, such as pick-up and drop-off addresses, passenger names, and contact information when asked by the company.

Failure to provide contact information for the cardholder to carry out security checks when asked.

A claim by the cardholder that the booking is fraudulent, and they did not authorize the payment.

Previous instances of fraudulent activity or chargebacks by either the cardholder or yourself.

Erroneous, inconsistent, or inadequate information provided during the booking process linked to fraudulent behavior.

Multiple payment attempts made with inconsistent data.

If we have a reasonable suspicion of any fraudulent activity associated with you or the cardholder, we reserve the right to refuse any bookings, and we may report the matter to the fraud department.

RESERVATIONS

Any booking made in advance through a debit or credit card is non-refundable.

 

The reservation team at GUTCHU VIP is committed to providing exceptional service to their clients round the clock. While we always strive to surpass expectations, please note that in some cases, we may need 24 hours’ notice to ensure the availability of a chauffeured vehicle for your specific journey. Our prices are quoted in GBP and cover the hiring of the vehicle from the pickup point (A) to the drop-off point (B), unless the hire is for an airport transfer or subject to a fixed charge or booked by the hour.

 

To obtain a quote or book with us through our agents, it is mandatory to provide us with complete contact details including your full name, phone number, and email address. Failure to do so may prevent voguechauffeurs.com from being able to assist you further.

 

For journeys collecting from a flight into a UK airport, 45 minutes of waiting time is included in the quote as complimentary. For all other journeys, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. After the complimentary waiting time, a charge calculated in 15-minute increments will be applied to the debit or credit card provided during the booking process. It should be noted that we reserve the right to charge the provided credit or debit card in this regard.

 

Payment for all charges specified in the current tariff published by must be made in advance, unless the client has a pre-approved credit account or credit card. Any additional charges, such as extra waiting time or parking fees, will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

 

Please note that card charges are non-refundable for cancelled bookings.

 

Your booking may be subject to extra waiting time or car park charges.

 

The charge on your credit/debit card statement will appear as “voguechauffeurs.com”

 

Rates are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.

 

For any stops made en route to drop off or pick up another passenger or item, a stop charge of £25 + VAT will apply. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed at each stop.

 

Prior written agreement from the company must be obtained if any animals (excluding guide dogs and hearing dogs) are to be carried on the vehicle during a private hire. Please note that there may be additional costs associated with traveling with animals, which will need to be confirmed with the company before making a booking.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any missed flights and associated costs.

 

No-Show Policy

 

In the event that the customer does not appear at the agreed-upon location and time for a reservation for which a confirmation has been issued, any payments made will not be refunded.

 

Our Chauffeurs

 

Our chauffeurs will drive at appropriate speeds based on the prevailing road conditions and traffic situation. When a passenger requests transportation to a specific destination, our drivers will use their discretion to choose the best and most convenient route for driving, regardless of whether it is the shortest or not. If the customer wishes to take a particular route, they should specify it at the time of booking. No refunds will be given if the chosen route is not the shortest.

 

Passengers & Customer

 

Passengers who exhibit behavior that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other passengers and are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied transportation.

 

If the customer causes any damage or soiling to the interior or exterior of the vehicle, a charge for valeting, repair, or any loss of earnings for the chauffeur or vehicle will be applied to the credit or debit card used for booking. Failure to pay for the damage caused will result in legal action being taken.

 

Travel & Accidents

 

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an event beyond our control. This includes any act or event beyond our reasonable control, such as war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, revolution, rebellion, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. This list is not exhaustive and includes but is not limited to traffic delays, tire punctures, road traffic accidents, road closures due to accidents and vehicle breakdowns, strikes, and lockouts.

 

Important: If there is a breakdown, puncture, or accident involving the vehicle(s), we will make every effort to arrange for another chauffeur to complete the journey. However, we cannot guarantee that the arrival time will be on schedule.
